First off I used universal psu on device and it started up though the internal connection did feel unsafe and unsecured so I proceeded to do a full maintenance as is usual and opened it up and proceeded to clean up fan.
Next I reconstructed the frame holding internal psu connection with Cyanoacrylate and a bull clip I then left to heal ! I ordered a new external psu as the old one was of no use .The replacement had the correct circular shape plug that fitted into the circular female well and thus ensuring less repetitive strain at the weakest point
